Being healthy

Starting last monday I decided to become a little bit healthier. Even though I go to the gym almost on a daily basis, sometimes my eating habits are not the best. I am eating healthier and trying to incorporate less saturated fat foods to my daily diet. Im also eating half a grapefruit before every meal. 
Please share with me some of your eating habits.



  1. My eating habits are not the best either! I'm addicted to junk food :/

  2. Our eating habits are not that good either. We eat anything we want and which ever is available. And your right, we should always think about our health. Eating healthy and nutritious foods are one way in maintaining our bodies in shape.
