Healthy Eating

I did a short video showing you what I eat mostly on a daily basis. It is basically my favorite combination of foods at home. I grill some chicken breasts, then I sliced some zucchini with some pepper on top and grilled it with a little bit of PAM and I also did healthy mashed potatoes. I like to complete the meal by adding a plate of hot vegetable soup.
