Nails of the week

I found the perfect silver nail polish at Forever 21. This week I decided to do my nails and apply this beautiful color. Forever 21 nail polishes are very affordable for just $2.80 dollars. I used a base coat and top coat from OPI.

The Hunger Games

I am a fan of the hunger games and as a true fan I was completely excited about the movie. The 3 books were amazing and i couldn't expect less of the movies. I think the cast was selected very well. Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are really good actors in my opinion. Katniss and Peeta were excellently played and portrayed. Maybe I would have liked to see more special effects, but other than that, the movie was amazing. I went to the midnight show on Thursday night/Friday morning. I got to the cinema at 9 pm and waited 3 hours for the movie to begin. The wait was worth it, because the seats were just in the middle and I enjoyed the movie very much. Some things are worth the wait and The Hunger Games was undoubtedly one of them. 
Thumbs up and can't wait for Catching Fire to come out!

I have a crazy love for headbands and anything that can go on top of my head. I love accessories for the hair, especially headbands. But, I don't like any type of headband. They have to be unique, special, pretty and different. Last week I found this beautiful headband in Forever 21 and it was love at first sight. Another thing I really liked about this headband is that it is not completely tight. This means it will prevent any harsh headaches. So thats another plus!

Leopard love

New seasons should always start with a pair of new shoes. A few days ago I got a new pair of leopard flats from Steve Madden. They are the perfect shoe, the best new flat. Leopard has always been my favorite animal print and every season it keeps coming back and I am completely in love with that idea. This shoes go perfectly with any outfit and they are definitely a statement piece. They are very comfortable and run a little bit small. I got them for a little more than $100 dollars at a local store. 

I paired them with my favorite green jeans from Zara, a white tee from Ralph Lauren and a neutral cardigan from Ann Taylor.

Lately I've been very in love with new bracelets. I am constantly in the look for new and pretty ones. It is not an easy task as all the pretty ones are mostly sold out or very expensive. This have been my two favorites for the past weeks. 
The red one is from a local boutique and the silver one was bought during my honeymoon in Hawaii.

Sunday Funday

Nothing like having a delicious and relaxing day at home, after a crazy and busy Saturday. Today it was all about relaxation and doing many things for me. 
Catching up on the latest issue of InStyle with one of my favorite girls, Sofia Vergara + painting my nails with my newest addition from Forever 21 + listening to romantic and old songs, rounded up to the perfect day.

Being healthy

Starting last monday I decided to become a little bit healthier. Even though I go to the gym almost on a daily basis, sometimes my eating habits are not the best. I am eating healthier and trying to incorporate less saturated fat foods to my daily diet. Im also eating half a grapefruit before every meal.

For a girl it is not a weird thing to love the color pink. It is a girly and feminine color and it looks very pretty on every girl. I am completely in love with my pink pants, they go perfect with everything and make me feel very girly.

I heart scarfs

Scarfs are a very versatile item that every woman should have in their closet. You can wear them in so many different ways. You can wear them either in the neck, the head, the waist, etc. Personally I love to wear them either in my head or my neck. Spring and Summer are the perfect seasons to wear them. 
Lately my two favorite ones are: Purple one: Target, Orange and Pink one: H&M.

Favorite snacks

Every good meal is always accompanied by a delicious dessert. There are plenty of desserts out there that I like. Cheesecake factory has amazing ones as well as places such as Chili's and Carinos. Even though I love all of them my favorite place to eat a simple and delicious dessert is Dairy Queen. They always happen to have the most amazing flavors and combinations. Plus if you love ice cream like I do, it is a must to eat there.

There are many days of the week that when I dress, I base my outfits on different accessories. A simple accessory such as a necklace, ring, earrings or handbag can make an outfit stand out from the rest. I love rings and they are one of the best accessories I like to go out and shop for. But loving rings doesn't mean that I don't like any other accessories.
