Girly Nails (NOTD)

A few days ago I was at CVS looking at their nail polishes and I instantly fell in love with this amazing polish by Revlon. It is as it name says, "Girly". In fact it reminds me of Katy Perry every time I look at them. I am pretty sure that if Katy Perry had a nail polish this would be the one. I am very obsessed and will use it a lot during this year. It has a light pink base and blue, purple and pink glitter all over.
If you haven't tried it please go ahead and do so, you will fall in love too.

Happy Thursday!

Awareness Nails

I decided to create this manicure in support for the breast cancer awareness month. I just want to show my support for all the girls that have been through a tough time or who have or had a family member or friend that suffered or is suffering from it. I used Wet N Wild Tickled Pink polish + Love & Beauty silver glitter polish. I love the finished result!

I hope you like it and do it yourself too!

Dark Wine

After a long walk back and forth through the aisles of my drugstore, I finally found what I was looking for. I wanted the perfect dark nail polish for the Fall season. Luckily after searching for some hours minutes, I spotted it. It is a very dark wine color, under the sun it looks very purple. From far away you can think it is black or dark brown. It just screams Fall and I love that. It is from Revlon and the color name is Vixen
The quality is really nice. With 1 coat you get the exact same color from the bottle and if you want it a little bit darker, you can always apply another coat. I will definitely wear this nail polish a lot during this season.

A bright confidence

Happy August, July brought many positive and happy moments to my life. I wish that August is filled with good moments and experiences. For this weeks manicure I decided to go for bright colors. It is summer and you have to show it, because once its over we will want to bring it back. Lets take advantage of the last days of summer and enjoy them.
In my opinion yellow is the brightest and most vivid color of all. I did the accent nail with my favorite glitter nail polish, previously seen here. I just cannot stop looking at my nails, I love the way they turned out!

Red and Metallic

Since my last manicure got so many compliments, I decided to do a very similar one. This time I went for the red and the silver, I wanted a touch of metallic polish on my nails and I really liked the way they turned out. I went for vertical and horizontal lines, switching from one finger to the other.

Pretty Stripes

This nail design just came all of a sudden, it just popped into my mind when I saw the two colors together. I wanted to do something different, so I decided to attempt some pretty stripes on my nails. I think the combination of the light green and the mint colors go perfect together. I think I also did a great job with the stripes, because they look pretty straight, well at least according to me.
I started by applying 2 coats of light green nail polish.

I used two nail polishes from Forever 21 and their line Love & Beauty

Pink Paradise

On my most recent purchase in JCPenney I got this mini OPI nail polish to try it on. I must say I instantly fell in love with the color in the bottle.

So today I decided to try it and I love it! The color is very pretty and I just cannot stop staring at my nails. This is the second OPI nail polish I own because as you may already know, Im not a big fan of spending a lot of money in nail polish. Im glad I got this mini gift and now I can enjoy it in my nails!

Bright Confetti

Here is the final result of the incredible Nail polish I got a few days ago. I decided to apply a coat of white nail polish first so that the sparkles will stand out better. I used a white polish from N.Y.C.

Then I applied 2 coats of the Confetti, Tazmanian Devil polish. I loved the final result, I think they look amazing and like a true party in my hands. I don't want to take it off because it definitely lives up to its expectations. It is a good quality nail polish, and its consistency is actually pretty good.

All that glitters

I am not a very frequent shopper at CVS, but yesterday I went in to look for some medicines and I spotted the most beautiful nail polish my eyes have ever seen. It is this beautiful glitter and sparkly nail polish. It is from a brand called, Confetti. It has every single bright color in it, and to me it looks like a very festive party and a pinata in a bottle. I have never heard of that brand before and for $1.99 I decided to give it a try. The color is Tazmanian Devil and Im pretty sure everyone should have this nail polish in their collections.
A following post will be showing the final result in my nails!

A Coral Affair

As almost any girl I am a fan of nail polish. This past week I discovered a new color. This color is perfect for summer and I just can't stop staring at it.
It is a lovely Coral color from the brand Sinful Colors and the color is called Timbleberry. It is beautiful and just the perfect coral/red in my opinion. I think it suits my skin tone very well and it just looks lovely.
I decided to add a little bit of sparkles on my ring finger and it just added an extra special touch.
