Sweet makeup and pretty blouses make a person look much better. I am really in love with this blouse from Forever 21, it is very soft and feminine. I love the round neckline and the cute sleeves. This type of blouses are one of my favorites and they look amazing for any type of occasion. Also the pretty diadem adds femininity.
