Follow Your Heart

A black skirt is a statement piece that every woman should have in her closet. I give mine many different uses and always find a different way of styling it. Today I decided to wear mine with one of my favorite sweaters of the season. The "Follow your heart" sweater brings happiness and joy to my life. I love the colors and how comfy it is.

This year I am 100% committed to wear bright lipsticks. I have been falling deeply in love with bright and darker lipsticks. Venturing into new makeup and trends is always an easy and affordable way of changing your look and appearance. My favorite brand for lip products is revlon.

Sugar Lips

One of the best things of being a Sephora Beauty Insider is that every year during your birthday month you receive a special gift. They are kind enough to give you a lovely gift every year. I wish every store did the same! 
This year I was gifted with Fresh Sugar kisses, mini lip duo. I just have one word for them, AMAZING! They are more than I expected! I thought they will just be like a regular Chapstick or lip balm, but they really hydrate, protect and moisturize your lips for the longest time. They have a lemony scent and they don't have any taste in particular. Another plus, is that they have SPF 15, which protects your lips even more. 
One is clear and the other one is tinted. The tinted one is sugar rose and it gives your lips a beautiful light red color. I have been using them every day since I picked them up. 
Since I love them so much, once I run out of them, I will get a full size one. The full size one is about $25 dollars, but trust me it is worth every single dollar.

Pink Lips

The newest addition to my lipstick collection is this lovely pink one. It is the perfect medium tone pink. It is not extremely bright or extremely pale. To me it is just perfection! Revlon is definitely my favorite brand of lipsticks and this one is no exception. I will definitely have to say that it will be my go-to lipstick for the rest of the summer. It is called, Stormy Pink (011). It is a matte and it is part of their Super Lustrous line. It tends to dry your lips, but I always apply some Chapstick on my lips before the lipstick and it completely solves the problem!

If I could only...

Yesterday I was thinking, what if one day I were under a situation where I could only use three products for the rest of my life? The situation may be a little bit difficult, because it means for the rest of your life. After thinking for a few minutes I realized that the answer wouldn't be completely tough. So these are the 3 products I chose. 


1. Estee Lauder DayWear 
This is the perfect moisturizer, it makes you feel fresh and rejuvenated every time you apply it to your face. It has a delicious smell of cucumber that just makes you feel awake. It is also an anti-oxidant cream with SPF 15, which is a plus, especially lately that our skins get more exposed to the effects of the sun than before.

2. Medicated Lip Balm
The perfect lip product for a person that gets chapped lips very easily. This is amazing and it makes my lips feel soft and hydrated. 

3. Elf Blush
My favorite blush of all time, it is perfect for every season and it instantly makes me feel prettier. I think it is the number one product that every girl should have, if they were put under the same situation.

Red is the color

Now that Summer is here, I have been looking for a cute red or bright lipstick. I am not a big fan of lipsticks, since most of them tend to dry my lips. The other day when I was at Estee Lauder I bought some needed makeup and I ended up getting a free lipstick. I have to say I love it! It is super moisturizing, it doesn't dry up my lips and the color is just gorgeous. It is perfect for summer and I think it suits my skin tone. The color is Rubellite and I really recommend that if you stop by an Estee Lauder counter you ask for it, it is absolutely gorgeous.
