Tip of the day 1

I know that biting your nails is a very bad habit and looks bad. It makes your hands look ugly and with an unattended appearance. My tip for stopping this habit is to have a good manicure. You may think this sounds weird, but the truth is that whenever I have my nails done, either by me or a professional it really prevents me from biting them. They look so pretty and perfect, that just knowing that biting them will ruin their look, prevents me from biting them. 
I hope this tip was helpful and that you take it into consideration.

    Not to mention that nail polish is toxic! I don't really have a problem with biting my nails but I sometimes lick my fingers when I'm eating something really delicious (haha is that weird that I admit that?). It totally grosses me out when I've got a fresh manicure!
